Thank you so much for supporting handmade! Each item is sewn with care, which means our return policy is a little different from big-box stores.
✂️ Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Because these items are created specifically for you (based on size, fabric, or design choices), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been started.
Exception: If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

📦 Ready-to-Ship Items
We accept returns or exchanges on ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

🔁 Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for sizing when possible.
- Customer is responsible for shipping both ways
- If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid
- If unavailable, store credit will be issued

💳 Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- There is a clear defect in workmanship

Eligible returns may be issued as store credit instead of a refund.
