Hey friend! Every piece you order is handmade with care (usually with kids running around in the background 😄), so here’s what to expect:

🧵 Processing Time

All items are made to order, just for you.

Please allow 5–10 business days for me to create your item before it ships.

Some orders may take a little longer during busy seasons, but I always do my best to get things out as quickly as possible.

If you need something by a certain date, send me a message before ordering—I’ll always try to make it happen!

🚚 Shipping Method

All orders ship through United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days once shipped

Tracking is included with every order

Ships anywhere in the U.S.

Once it leaves my hands and is with USPS, delivery timing is out of my control—but I’ll help however I can if something comes up!

⚠️ Delays & Delivery Issues

Life happens—and sometimes shipping delays do too.

I’m not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or carrier issues. If your package says “delivered” but you don’t see it:

Check around your home and with neighbors

Check with your local post office

Reach out to me if you need help figuring out next steps

📍 Double Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout!

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to cover the cost to have it reshipped.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

Priority Mail includes limited insurance.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact me within 3 days and include photos if needed. I’ll help you file a claim and make it right as best as I can.
